Current opportunities

SEO Analyst / Linkbuilder

You will report directly to the Senior Analyst and be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Optimise copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Track website conversions using Analytics tools
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Develop and implement high quality link building strategy

Requirements: Proven SEO experience. Up-to-date with latest trends, algorithms and best practices in SEO. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition. In-depth experience with website analytics and webmaster tools. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Certification or degree held in a quantitative test-driven field.

Senior PPC Executive

You will work closely with SEO Analysts and Account Managers to determine PPC campaign keyword strategies. You will be responsible for PPC account maintenance and budget optimisation in line with KPI’s.

  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns utilising conversion tracking
  • Manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook and Twitter in order to maximise ROI

Requirements: Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across popular search networks. Experience with Google Adwords and bid management tools. In-depth experience with website analytics and conversion tracking tools. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM quality scoring. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Certification or degree held in a quantitative test-driven field.

Financial Controller / Business Analyst

You will work closely with all divisions to meet financial targets and analyse marketing spend with a strong focus on KPI’s.  You will meet each week with account managers to reconcile membership subscription payments. The role will allow you to move away from just number crunching and into a more strategic role, supporting management decision making.

  • Ownership and management of subscription payments ledger
  • Allocate marketing budgets to marketing departments
  • Manage PPC campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Monitor affiliate income
  • Input and reconcile expenses and invoices in SageOne
  • Produce monthly KPI reports

Requirements: Experience in a medium to large sized company in the private sector. A minimum of 2 years relevant corporate management accounting ACCA or CIMA qualified. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and experience of integrated accounting software. Excellent Excel skills including use of pivot tables and complex formulae. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to manage challenges.

Account Manager

You will join our team of happy dedicated account managers in a highly customer focussed and orientated support role.

  • Deliver superior customer service via email and live chat support
  • Property listing import/update management, review and maintenance
  • CRM software management
  • Raise and monitor subscription invoices
  • Pre-qualifying leads
  • Continual analysis to provide real-time feedback on account activity
  • Compiling monthly enquiry reports

Requirements: A cheerful disposition with ability to build and nurture customer relationships. Polite, friendly and professional telephone manner. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to prioritise, multi task and meet deadlines. Efficient time management skills. Take ownership of tasks and challenges, seeing them through to completion. Ensure all up sell / cross sell opportunities are maximised. Ability to speak European languages not a requirement but advantageous.

Junior Web Assistant / Analyst

You will assist all marketing development teams in research activities and implementing website code and performing daily maintenance tasks.

  • Work with the development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Work with social media account managers to syndicate content, checking keyword rich copy contains optimised links
  • Research, analyse, track and report on external real estate and holiday industry marketing activity

Requirements: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL development and constraints. A good team player who can communicate effectively with other departments and key business representatives. Ability to troubleshoot and good analytical skills. A desire for constantly developing websites and a passion for keeping up to date with the latest technologies. This is an entry level position with the opportunity for training and career progression. You will be a positive and enthusiastic candidate with the ability to prioritise work and work within deadlines.
